To All Concerned,
The safety and well-being of our patients and amazing staff at Revivology is of utmost importance to me. The most memorable concept in the Hippocratic Oath is to do no harm. I take that very seriously. The coronavirus (COVID-19) is taking its toll on all facets of our lives. We have put measures into place to improve our already above standard protocols of sterility and sanitation.
We clean and disinfect all treatment rooms before, during, and after each client, wash our hands frequently, and regularly disinfect frequently touched surfaces. Our equipment is also cleaned, sanitized, and disinfected following CDC and manufacturing protocols. All of my staff are following the CDC guidelines to reduce transmission of the virus at home and in the community.
We continue to monitor recommendations from appropriate sources including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Utah Department of Health, and we are implementing their recommendations and guidelines for workplace safety and cleanliness. Currently there are no guidelines recommending that businesses like ours should cease offering services. Rest assured that if these recommendations come, we will be the first to follow those guidelines. Some forms of normalcy can be comforting in turbulent times, therefore, as of today, Revivology is open during regular business hours, offering our full range of services.
That said, if you feel ill or have been in contact with someone who has been ill, please call to reschedule your appointment to protect our staff and other clients. We will promise you the same commitment with myself and my staff. We will be waiving our 24 hour cancellation fee for the time being.
We appreciate your support and loyalty and we look forward to serving you now and in the future.
Sincerely,

Christopher P. Kelly, M.D.
