With over 9 years of experience in aesthetic and wellness medicine, I’ve dedicated my career to helping clients feel confident, refreshed, and empowered—inside and out. As a Doctor of Nursing Practice and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, I bring a strong clinical foundation to every treatment, combining medical expertise with an artistic eye for natural, balanced results. I specialize in non-surgical aesthetic procedures including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, skin rejuvenation, and personalized skincare and wellness plans. At Modern Med Spa I’m proud to lead a talented team of professionals who share my passion for excellence, safety, and patient-centered care. With over four years of experience in medical aesthetics, Hailey is a trusted RN-BSN specializing in Botox, dermal fillers, PRP, Sculptra, lasers, and microneedling. Known for her natural approach, Hailey focuses on facial balancing and subtle enhancements that help clients look refreshed—not overdone. She also emphasizes preventative care through advanced skincare and laser treatments, supporting long-term skin health and confidence.
Hailey holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is currently pursuing her Nurse Practitioner degree. She is committed to continuous education and regularly participates in aesthetic training to stay on the leading edge of the industry.

When she’s not in the treatment room, Hailey’s usually traveling, exploring new places, or soaking up time with her husband and two kids. Her down-to-earth nature and genuine care for others make every client feel like part of the family.

Sophie is a licensed aesthetician who graduated in October 2022 and has been an integral part of the Modern team for the past two years. As our lead aesthetician, she is known for her expertise, precision, and dedication to delivering results-driven treatments.
Sophie specializes in a wide range of advanced services, including tattoo removal, laser hair removal, IPL, ResurFX, chemical peels, miraDry, microneedling, and HydraFacials. She is also a certified Acne Specialist through Face Reality, with a passion for helping clients achieve clear, healthy skin.

Nathalie is a licensed aesthetician who began her career in medical aesthetics after graduating from NIMA in 2020. She has been a valued member of the Modern team for the past three years, bringing both skill and dedication to every treatment she performs.
Nathalie specializes in advanced skin and laser treatments, including tattoo removal, laser hair removal, ResurFX, chemical peels, microneedling, and HydraFacials. Known for her attention to detail and personalized care, she works closely with clients to help them achieve their skin goals safely and effectively.
She is also fluent in Spanish, allowing her to provide exceptional service to a diverse clientele.
